🧾 Role Overview – Assistant Manager (Accounts & ERP)

We’re looking for a smart, proactive, and tech-comfortable individual to join our Lahore office. The selected candidate will assist the CEO in accounting, ERP, client supervision, and internal operations β€” offering real exposure, learning, and growth into a leadership role.

🧠 Key Responsibilities

πŸ”Ή Accounting & Financial Management

  • Day-to-day bookkeeping and reporting
  • Bank reconciliations, payables/receivables
  • Payroll processing and tax filings
  • Supporting budgeting and cost control initiatives

πŸ”Ή ERP Management

  • Data entry & validations
  • Master data management (COA, products, partners)
  • Client ERP onboarding and support
  • Documentation and training on ERP usage

πŸ”Ή Internal Projects & CEO Assistance

  • Support business development activities
  • Assist CEO in preparing presentations, reports, and models
  • Coordinate internal audits, SOP drafting, and trainings
