The Finance & ERP Executive will primarily assist the CEO in daily professional matters while also contributing to accounting, ERP, and operational tasks.

🧠 Key Responsibilities

🔹 CEO Assistance (Core Focus)

• Attend and support in in-person & online meetings

• Assist in follow-ups with leads and prospects

• Conduct research on ERP functionalities & business solutions

• Prepare presentations, reports, and proposals

• Occasionally assist in design and digital tasks

🔹 Secondary Responsibilities

• Support in client accounting & bookkeeping

• Work on ERP system setup, data management & client support

• Assist in financial reporting, reconciliations & compliance

• Help with internal projects, SOPs & coordination
