🧾 Role Overview
The Finance & ERP Executive will primarily assist the CEO in daily professional matters while also contributing to accounting, ERP, and operational tasks.
🔹 CEO Assistance (Core Focus)
- Attend and support in in-person & online meetings
- Assist in follow-ups with leads and prospects
- Conduct research on ERP functionalities & business solutions
- Prepare presentations, reports, and proposals
- Occasionally assist in design and digital tasks
🔹 Secondary Responsibilities
- Support in client accounting & bookkeeping
- Work on ERP system setup, data management & client support
- Assist in financial reporting, reconciliations & compliance
- Help with internal projects, SOPs & coordination
